By accessing or using CLI Relay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CLI Relay provides a web-based remote interface for command-line tools. The Service acts as a relay between your local terminal sessions and web browsers, enabling remote access to CLI applications.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or conduct attacks
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Access systems or data without authorization
  • Engage in any activity that could harm other users

5. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers paid subscription plans:

  • A 15-day free trial is available for new users
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CLI Relay and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The CLI Relay software is open source and licensed under the MIT License.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CLI Relay operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
